## Ways to work together
- Ad-hoc coaching: single one-hour 1:1 sessions booked as and when required, subject to availability; no contract
- Goal-focused coaching programme: a structured series of regular sessions working towards agreed goals or a targeted outcome, with progress tracked against milestones
- Priority coaching retainer: a call-off agreement providing a fixed block of priority sessions each quarter, booked in advance

Online sessions last about one hour. On-site visits are booked by the half or full day and quoted for in advance. Coaching is available across the UK.
